The Chef

Chef Câncio Sousa, a native of the beautiful village of Ponta do Sol, is 34 years old and has over 15 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has perfected a very unique style, where traditional flavors gain a new life with a modern and creative touch. Passionate about local produce and sharing at the table, he believes that cooking is more than just preparing food—it’s about creating moments. With dedication and soul in everything he does, Chef Câncio invites each customer to savor not only the dishes, but also the stories they tell.
