The DESIGN CENTRE., with its registered office at Estrada da Pontinha Forte de Nossa Senhora da Conceição 9000-726 Funchal registered with the commercial registry under number 513464077 (hereinafter, the “Design Centre”), is the exclusive owner of the website www.ninidesigncentre.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), which provides corporate information and information regarding its products and initiatives.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term “User” refers to any person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Website.

  1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use

By using the Website, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Design Centre may amend these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy by publishing updated versions on the Website. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of the updated versions.

3.1 The User acknowledges and voluntarily accepts that access to and use of the Website are carried out under their sole responsibility, undertaking to use it in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 The domain www.niniandradesilva.com is registered in favor of the Design Centre and is its exclusive property. It may not be used by third parties in association with non-Design Centre products, services, or content, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or improper association. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

6.3 Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, the creation of hyperlinks to the Website is subject to the following cumulative conditions: (i) the originating website must not contain illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or rights-infringing content; (ii) no framing, deep linking, or similar techniques may be used, and links must open in a new window; (iii) no explicit or implicit association with the Design Centre may be created or suggested.

6.4 The Design Centre reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any link or content pointing to the Website, at any time and without justification. Non-compliance may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
